Directions to Ocean Concepts-Waianae and Pililaau Army Rec Center
Proceed to H-1 West. Continue on H-1 until H-1 expires and becomes Farrington Highway. Continue west on Farrington Highway until you arrive in the town of Waianae.
You will know you are in Waianae when you see the sewage treatment plant on the right side of Farrington Highway. Also on your right, you will note a Pizza Hut and a Burger King. Continue through Waianae noting a Taco Bell on the right side of the highway. One quarter mile past the Taco Bell on the left side of the highway is the entrance to Waianae Boat Harbor. The entrance is not well marked. You must be very observant. To aid your observation the following landmarks are provided starting from the Taco Bell and proceeding toward the boat harbor.
On the left:
Approximately 100-150 yards past the traffic signal move into the left turn only lane, look for a sign that says “
Waianae
Regional
Park"
and turn left onto the roadway immediately after the sign. Immediately after the turn, look to the right for the structure that has an Ocean Concepts sign. That’s our dive center in Waianae Boat Harbor and your destination. Park on the west side of the building in the crushed rock parking area. Please do not park over near the tree line. Bring everything you brought with you inside, lock your vehicle and come on in. The action, adventure and fun are about to begin.
